Knowledgeable about proper packing techniques and best practices for shipping. Maintain records for their employers and track what has been sent out in order to keep inventory figures up-to-date. Note Pay Rate for this Job is $16/Hour Responsibilities Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable. Completing purchase orders. Managing payroll. Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team. Assisting with budgets. Completing bank reconciliations. Entering financial information into appropriate software programs. Managing company ledgers. Processing business expenses. Managing monthly budgeting tasks. Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts. Assisting he financial department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, record, and statements. Entering financial information into appropriate accounting software program, Sage Contractor 100. Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods. Qualifications & Experience Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, as many packages are large Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing Experience with UPS and FedEx software Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as a shipping clerk is tasked with an accurate accounting of all inventory With a network of over 600 branches across all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico, we are experts at matching workers to the jobs in-demand, delivering exactly the workforce needed, with the right skills.
