Are you a Maintenance technician looking for a down-to-earth, rapidly growing team to join? We are a specialty compounds manufacturer, who pride ourselves on providing our customers with greatness. We are looking for a Maintenance technician to join our growing team! We have the 2nd and 3rd shifts available. How you will contribute:

• Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Will use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. What we need from you:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures required.
  • Experience operating forklift equipment.
