proven track record in the building materials industry? Do you

Permanent Business Development Representative to join our team.
This role is pivotal in driving our brand's expansion and
increasing our market share. The successful candidate will be
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining
strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales
targets. Responsibilities: As our Business Development
Representative, your main responsibilities will include: 1.
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
and expand our customer base. 2. Building and maintaining strong,
long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs. 3. Identifying new sales opportunities
and turning them into long-term partnerships. 4. Using CRM to track
all sales activities, customer interactions, and update client
information. 5. Generating leads and managing sales processes for
high-profile targeted accounts. 6. Collaborating with internal
teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. 7.
Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’
needs. 8. Liaising with the marketing team to ensure brand
consistency. 9. Reporting on sales results and providing accurate
sales forecasts. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Business Development Representative role should possess the
following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in Outside Sales in the construction or building
materials industry. 3. Proven sales track record and experience in
a similar role within the building materials industry. 4.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and
manage client relationships. 5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to
build rapport with clients quickly and maintain strong customer
relationships. 8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a 'hunter'
mentality, always looking for the next opportunity. 9. Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
10. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, with the
ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. This
