Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role
in ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Non-Conformance
Process, coordinating audits and inspections, and developing
strategies for continuous improvement. Provides tactical support to
the Quality function for the most complex products (as assigned).
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security
clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the
programmes we deliver for our customers. Job Description Completes
quality inspections as assigned. Performs the initial tear-down and
internal inspection. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings and
diagrams to determine requirements and documents findings. Provides
guidance to lower level Quality Technicians. Typically, a High
School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years experience in assembly
and test or 2 years experience in Quality Inspection. To be
successful in this role, you must have excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in
MS Office applications, ERP systems, and quality assurance tools.In
addition, you will work closely with the Engineering,
Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless material
flow. Your ability to analyze data and identify root causes will be
essential in driving process improvements.
