Provide direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and families on health care and post-hospital treatment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in continuous education and professional training programs. Utilize technology and documentation tools efficiently to update patient records.
